Installation & Setup

2-step installation: Position the tub on any flat, level surface indoors or outdoors. Connect the 2025 Chiller/Heater to the inlet and outlet ports using included fittings. Fill via standard garden hose, power on, and configure target temperature via the app. The window panel is integrated into the tub structure — no separate assembly required.

Window placement note: For outdoor installations, consider positioning the window panel to face your preferred view — the transparency works both ways, so placement relative to privacy screens or garden landscaping is worth planning before final positioning.

Water management: Identical to the standard acrylic model. Ozone system handles ongoing sanitation; use included starter kit for first fill and maintain with included 3-month chemical supply.

Virtual setup support (included): A virtual training session with an XR Cryo technician is included — first-fill setup, chiller and app configuration, sanitation protocol, and maintenance schedule. Support available Monday–Saturday, 8am–6pm CT.
