At Blue Calm Co., we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Because we partner directly with leading manufacturers, all returns and refunds are processed according to the manufacturer’s policy.
👉 Please note: Blue Calm Co. does not set or override return policies. We’re here to help guide you through the process and connect you with the manufacturer if needed.
Dynamic Cold Therapy (Golden Design Inc)- General Policy
- Return Window: All returns must be processed within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: All returned goods must be pre-approved by the Seller with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items must be in new and unused condition, and in their original packaging.
- Refunds: Refunds are provided only after the Seller has received the goods, inspected them, and, at their discretion, found them to be free of damage. All refunds will be processed within 5 business days once the product is returned and inspected.
- Restocking Fee: A handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase will be charged for each sauna.
- Fees and Shipping Costs: The Buyer assumes all risk of loss during the return and is responsible for: a) all shipping costs to and from the Seller; b) storage fees and costs associated with routing the goods; and c) the 20% restocking fee.
- How to Request a Return: You must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from the Seller. Failure to obtain an RMA will result in the Seller not accepting the shipment.
- Dynamic Cold Therapy (Golden Designs Inc.) - Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- Fee: All canceled orders are subject to the same fees as returned goods, which include a handling and restocking fee of 20% of the total purchase, as well as storage and routing fees.
- How to Request a Cancellation: Email sales@goldendesignsinc.com or call (909) 212-5555.
Maya Bath
- Return Window: 30 days of receipt.
- Condition: Items must be in new condition and include the original packaging. Used products are not eligible for return or exchange. Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping (Maya Bath is not responsible for items damaged in transit).
- Refunds: Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
- How to Request a Return: Email support@mayabath.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, but Maya Bath will assist in scheduling the return pickup with a trucking company.
For Faulty/Damaged Goods

Action for Faulty Goods: Inspect your order thoroughly upon arrival. If you discover any damage, email support@mayabath.com immediately with your order number, a description of the damage, and accompanying photos.
Maya Bath- Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Window: Orders for stocked items can be canceled up to 48 hours after your order has been placed, or as long as the item has not been crated and/or shipped.
- Fee: (No specific fee is mentioned for cancellation before the deadline, but standard transaction fees may apply.)
- How to Request a Cancellation: Contact Customer Service at support@mayabath.com or call 1-800-518-5242 to initiate the cancellation.
Penguin Chillers
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: Must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Refunds: Refunds (less shipping costs) are issued once the product is inspected and approved by Penguin Chillers.
- Restocking Fee: May apply depending on product condition.
- How to Request a Return: Visit Penguin Chillers Returns Page or contact their support team.
Revive (Cold Plunge and Saunas)
- Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Item must be returned in its original packaging. Used products, items damaged due to misuse, or items not in their original condition are non-refundable.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet eligibility criteria.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products after the order has been fulfilled.
- How to Request a Return: Contact Customer Support to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Revive Plunge - Order Cancellation Policy
Note: This section reflects the standard practice for order cancellation before an item ships among similar cold plunge brands.
- Cancellation Window: Order must be canceled before it is marked as Shipped or Fulfilled. Once shipped, it is subject to the Return Policy above.
- Fee Before Shipment: Orders canceled before shipment typically incur a 5% cancellation fee. This fee covers payment processing costs that are usually non-refundable to the seller.
- How to Request a Cancellation: Contact Customer Support immediately with your order number to request cancellation.
XR Cryo Plunge (Cryo Innovations)
- Return Window: 30 days after receiving the Equipment. The Purchaser is required to notify Cryo Innovations in writing within this period.
- Condition: The Equipment must be undamaged and in the same condition as it was upon delivery to the Purchaser.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued to the customer once the return is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 days of approval (though bank processing times may vary).
- Restocking Fee: No specified restocking fee is mentioned in the official refund policy, however, significant shipping costs apply (see below).

How to Request a Return:
- The Purchaser must be issued a Return Authorization (RA) number by Cryo Innovations.
- The Purchaser is responsible for BOTH the original shipping costs to the Purchaser AND the return shipping costs back to the Cryo Innovations warehouse.
- If the original order included "free shipping," the standard shipping costs will still be subtracted from the customer's refund amount.
- Shipping arrangements for the Equipment may only be made by Cryo Innovations; the customer will be notified of costs and must approve them prior to the RA being issued.
