Dynamic Cold Therapy (Golden Design Inc)- General Policy

Warranty Coverage by Component:

  • Heating Elements & Electronics (Residential Use): GDI offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty (5 Years) for residential use on the heating elements and electronics. These components are warranted against defects in material and workmanship.
  • Heating Elements & Electronics (Commercial Use): The warranty coverage is 1 Year against defects in material and workmanship.
  • Wood Structure: A 1 Year Limited Warranty is provided on the wood structure against defects in material and workmanship.
  • Labor: Labor is Not Covered under this warranty, as the policy covers replacement parts only.

Important Warranty Limitations:

  • Voided Warranty: The warranty will be VOID if the sauna is placed outdoors, due to any exposure to outdoor elements (rain, snow, sun, etc.).
  • Excluded Damages: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, lack of routine maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or inappropriate installations.
  • Wood Characteristics: Surface cracks are not considered defects, as they are a normal characteristic of wood due to natural expansion and contraction.
  • Making a Claim: Any parts determined to be defective must be returned to Golden Designs, Inc. to obtain service. The purchaser must prepay any shipping charges, duties, and taxes associated with the transportation of the parts.

Maya Bath Steam Showers

Standard Warranty Coverage:

  • Structural Warranty: All products come with a 10-year structural warranty against manufacturer defects. This coverage ensures protection against the structure of the product (including the acrylic panels, shower pan, and ceiling) from peeling, fading, delaminating, or cracking.
  • Parts Guarantee: All steam shower parts are backed by a 3-year guarantee against defects.

Key Details and Exclusions:

  • Remedy: The warranty covers replacement of defective parts only, not the complete product, unless deemed necessary by a customer service representative. Maya Bath maintains a full inventory of replacement parts at its US-based warehouse.
  • What is NOT Covered:
    • Normal wear and tear.
    • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or neglect.
    • Damage caused by natural disasters or external factors such as water, fire, or extreme weather.
    • Labor and shipping costs related to installation, replacement, or repair of parts.
    • Damage due to improper cleaning or "living finishes".

Filing a Warranty Claim:

To file a claim, please contact the customer service team at support@mayabath.com with the following information:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photos or videos of the defect, if applicable.

Optional Upgrade:

  • Maya Bath offers a Lifetime Warranty upgrade for an additional charge, which provides extended protection and is transferable to future owners


Penguin Chillers

Warranty Coverage:

  • Standard Term: All products come with a 1-year warranty minimum. Certain chillers offer an optional extended warranty for an additional charge. The warranty term begins on the date of purchase.
  • Geographic Coverage: The 1-year warranty is valid only within the continental United States and Canada. Warranty coverage is unavailable for products outside of these areas.
  • Repair or Replacement: Penguin Chillers will, at their discretion, repair or replace the chiller covered under this warranty.

Warranty Claim Process and Fees:

  • Request Service: To request warranty service, contact their technical support via email at support@penguinchillers.com.
  • Shipping to Penguin Chillers: The customer is responsible for shipping charges to send the chiller to Penguin Chillers for repair. The product must be properly packaged, insured during shipment, and the customer assumes all risks of loss or damage during this transport.
  • Shipping Back to Customer: If the warranty claim is approved, Penguin Chillers will ship the repaired or replaced chiller back to the customer at no additional cost within the continental 48 states (surcharges may apply outside of the continental 48 states).

Exclusions (What is Not Covered):

This limited warranty does not cover any damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from the following:

  • Any alteration or modification.
  • Improper or unreasonable use, maintenance, misuse, or abuse.
  • Accident, neglect, exposure to excess moisture, or fire.
  • Improper packing and shipping (claims for this must be presented to the carrier).
  • Costs related to the removal, re-installation, setup, or adjustment of the product.

Warranty is Void if:

  • The label bearing the serial number has been removed or defaced.
  • The product was not distributed by Penguin Chillers or purchased from an authorized reseller.

Liability Limits:

Penguin Chillers' warranty liability extends only to the replacement cost of the product. They will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages of any kind, including lost revenues or lost profits, in connection with the product.


Revive (Cold Plunge and Saunas)

Cold Plunge Warranty Coverage:

  • Standard Warranty: All cold plunges come with a one-year warranty on both the tub and chiller components.
  • Coverage: This warranty protects against any defects or failures of components or materials that occur during normal use.

Sauna Warranty Coverage:

  • Structure: The sauna structure comes with a three-year warranty.
  • Components: The heater and electrical components are covered by a one-year warranty.

Extended Warranty Options:

  • Revive Plunge offers extended warranty options through SureBright.
  • Customers can select a 2- or 3-year extended warranty to extend coverage beyond the standard one-year warranty.
  • The extended warranty provides the same comprehensive coverage as the standard warranty.

Exclusions (What is Not Covered):

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse or abuse.
  • Lack of routine maintenance.
  • Improper installation.

Making a Warranty Claim:

To make a warranty claim within the one-year manufacturer warranty period, you must contact Revive Plunge directly at sales@reviveplunge.com.

  • Revive Plunge will work with you to diagnose the issue and provide the appropriate solution.
  • If a repair or replacement is necessary, they will provide instructions on how to proceed.
  • For claims during the extended warranty period, you must file the claim directly through SureBright's website.

XR Cryo Plunge (Cryo Innovations)

  • XR Cryo Chamber: The XR Cryotherapy Chamber comes with an industry-leading, top-to-bottom 3-Year Fix or Replace Warranty.
    • The warranty period begins from the date of delivery by the original purchaser.
  • XR Cryo Cold Plunge: Dealers often sell the new XR Cryo Cold Plunge with a 1-Year Warranty.
  • Remedy: During the warranty period, Cryo Innovations will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective system or component.
  • Repair/Replacement Process: The unit is built with a modular design so that any part that malfunctions can be immediately mailed out and easily changed out by staff. Otherwise, the company will replace the chamber.
  • Transferability: The 3-year warranty is transferable to a new owner within the 3-year period, provided Cryo Innovations is notified 30 days prior to any equipment transfer.

Making a Warranty Claim:

  • Contact: For more information or to make a claim, the purchaser should contact Cryo Innovations directly.
  • Downtime: The chamber is designed to have minimal downtime, as it is Wi-Fi connected for self-diagnosis, allowing Cryo Innovations to proactively address warnings.
