Installation & Setup

2-step installation: Position the tub in your chosen location (indoor or outdoor, any flat surface). Connect the 2025 Chiller/Heater to the tub's inlet and outlet ports using the included fittings. Fill via standard garden hose. Power on the chiller and configure your target temperature via the app. The tub is ready for its first session within a few hours of reaching temperature.

Room requirements: Allow adequate clearance around the tub for comfortable entry and exit. For outdoor installations, a level surface and access to a standard outdoor power outlet are the primary requirements. No floor drain or dedicated plumbing line needed.

Water management: The ozone system handles ongoing sanitation automatically. Use the included sanitation kit for first-fill setup, then maintain with the included 3-month chemical supply. Top up water as needed via garden hose. Drain completely for deep cleans or seasonal storage.

Virtual setup support (included): Your purchase includes a virtual training session with an XR Cryo technician covering first-fill setup, chiller configuration, sanitation protocol, and ongoing maintenance. XR Cryo support is available Monday–Saturday, 8am–6pm CT.
