Installation & Setup

Room requirements: Minimum 10 ft × 14 ft with adequate ceiling clearance. Non-porous surfaces, garden hose water access, good ventilation for a salt-humid environment, and a nearby drain or shower area are the core requirements.

Installation: The V2 breaks into three sections — base, lid, backpiece — for installation through standard doorways. Minimum hallway width 4 ft 6 in for the base section.

Network setup: Connect to your facility or home network after assembly. Access the web-based control panel via browser from any device on the same network.

Remote setup support (included): Dreampod technician walks through assembly, software configuration, and full maintenance training via video conference. Two sessions: one for assembly, one for systems check and training.

On-site setup (optional): Dreampod technician on-site for assembly, testing, and training. Additional cost: contact Blue Calm Co. to coordinate.

Maintenance: Filter bag monthly; Epsom salt top-up monthly; daily wipe-down. The automated systems handle water treatment between sessions.
