Installation & Setup

Placement: Position the tub on any flat, stable surface that can support 1,350 lbs when full. Indoor or outdoor — the stainless steel tub is suitable for both environments. A waterproof surface or drainage area beneath the tub is advisable.

First use: Assemble the chiller connection, fill via garden hose, power on, and configure target temperature and ozone schedule via the WiFi app. The TheraFrost reaches 37°F within a few hours on a standard fill of room-temperature water.

Maintenance: Clean the mesh strainer weekly. Replace the sediment filter monthly (or more frequently under heavy commercial use). The ozone system handles continuous sanitation automatically. Drain and deep clean the tub every 1–3 months depending on usage frequency.

• Securely pack items. Please Ship in original packaging. Products must be received in like new condition. Include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
• Attach your return label to the package.
• Drop off the package within 10 days to your nearest carrier location.
• We'll issue your refund, gift card, or exchange once we approve your return.
• Allow up to 15 business days for refund.
• A 15% restocking fee will be assessed for all returns that do not meet the above specifications.

If you choose to return your product, please note that any free gifts or promotional items included with your purchase must also be returned. If the free gifts are not returned, the value of those items may be deducted from your refund.
