Maya Bath builds every unit from acrylic reinforced with fiberglass backing — a construction that is lighter than solid surface alternatives while maintaining structural rigidity under daily steam and water exposure. Stainless steel framing and fixtures throughout. Tempered glass on all panels. The units arrive largely pre-assembled in 1–3 wooden crates that maneuver through any doorway 28 inches or wider — massage jets, electrical wiring, and water pipes already connected inside the panels. On-site, panels bolt together, seal with silicone, and connect to your plumbing and power supply. A licensed plumber handles the water feeds and drainage; a licensed electrician handles the power connection. The installation reads like a large appliance, not a construction project.

Installation & Setup

Delivery: Ships from California in 1–3 wooden crates. Crates fit through any standard doorway 28" or wider. Freight delivery — carrier will contact you 24–48 hours before delivery to confirm timing.

Pre-assembly: Massage jets, electrical wiring, and water pipes arrive already connected inside the panels. On-site: bolt panels together, seal with silicone, connect plumbing and power.

Plumbing: A licensed plumber must run hot and cold water feeds to the rear of the unit and connect the braided hoses. A floor drain or waste connection is required for drainage. Flush new pipes into a bucket before connecting to the unit.

Electrical: A licensed electrician must connect the power supply. Confirm voltage and amperage requirements with your electrician before purchase.
