We recommend using a room at least 3000 mm x 2000 mm (10 ft. x 6 ½ft.). This is ideal for the standard bath. It can fit through any standard doorway.

All of the Ice Series products should be positioned a safe distance away from any electrical outlets or electrical equipment for obvious safety reasons.

It’s important that the room or space where you are placing your Dreampod is somewhat prepared as a wet environment. We recommend some type of non-slip mat or flooring next to the Ice Bath. This will be helpful when getting in and out.

Installation & Setup

Placement: Position on any flat, level surface. Allow space alongside for the chiller unit and access to a standard power outlet and garden hose.

First fill: Connect chiller to inlet and outlet ports, fill via garden hose, power on and configure target temperature. Allow 3–6 hours on initial fill to reach therapeutic cold.

Daily operation: The chiller maintains temperature between sessions automatically. Daily maintenance requires only a quick surface wipe and morning water chemistry check. Weekly: treat water chemistry. Monthly: filter and deep clean.
