The inflatable reinforced PVC tub — the same paddleboard-grade material as the Ice Bath Flex — inflates to a rigid, full-length (5+ foot) structure and sits wherever your space allows it. The chiller connects to the tub, cools to 37°F or heats to 104°F, and maintains your target temperature automatically. You're not adding ice. You're not checking temperature. You're just getting in. The WiFi-enabled control panel means you can start the cooling cycle from your phone before you're out of bed.

The same 3/4 HP chiller unit runs quietly enough that it doesn't announce itself in a living space. The air-within-walls insulation of the tub works alongside the chiller rather than against it — less work for the motor, more stable temperature between sessions, and better cold retention overnight if you're using it first thing in the morning.

We recommend using a room at least 3000 mm x 2000 mm (10 ft. x 6 ½ft.). This is ideal for the standard bath. It can fit through any standard doorway.

All of the Ice Series products should be positioned a safe distance away from any electrical outlets or electrical equipment for obvious safety reasons.

It’s important that the room or space where you are placing your Dreampod is somewhat prepared as a wet environment. We recommend some type of non-slip mat or flooring next to the Ice Bath. This will be helpful when getting in and out.

Setup & Use

Setup: Inflate using the included pump until walls are fully rigid. Connect the chiller unit to the inlet and outlet ports using included fittings. Fill via garden hose. Power on the chiller, connect to your home WiFi network via the app, and set your target temperature. Allow 3–6 hours for first-time cooling to target on a full fill of room-temperature water.

Daily operation: The chiller maintains temperature automatically between sessions. Use the app to schedule cooling so the tub is ready at your preferred session time. Daily maintenance: surface wipe and app check. Weekly: water chemistry treatment. Monthly: filter check.

Portability: To move or store — drain fully, disconnect chiller, deflate, and dry completely inside and out before folding. The valve and surface are protected in the included storage bag.
