The Gargellen is a 5-person outdoor hybrid in Canadian Hemlock — Harvia traditional stove and PureTech™ full spectrum infrared in a single structure, at a price point that makes the hybrid format accessible without the all-weather composite exterior of the premium Red Cedar line. For covered outdoor installations where the sauna won't face direct rain and UV year-round, the Hemlock exterior performs beautifully.
The Alpine Series reflects a different construction philosophy than the all-weather Finnish models. Canadian Hemlock rather than Red Cedar — a lighter-coloured, smooth-grained wood that holds heat well and handles the humidity of traditional sauna use without warping or checking. These saunas are suited to covered outdoor placement or sheltered installations: a covered patio, a garage side wall, a pergola-protected deck. They offer the full Golden Designs sauna experience at a more accessible price point by working with placement flexibility rather than building for direct weather exposure.
