Dreampod borrowed the inflatable technology from stand-up paddleboards for the Flex design — once inflated, the walls become rigid and the trapped air within them acts as a natural insulator, keeping the water colder for longer without active chilling. The barrel shape isn't just compact; it's thermodynamically efficient. A narrower diameter means less water volume to cool and less surface area for heat transfer. All of the Ice Series products should be positioned a safe distance away from any electrical outlets or electrical equipment for obvious safety reasons.

It’s important that the room or space where you are placing your Dreampod is somewhat prepared as a wet environment. We recommend some type of non-slip mat or flooring next to the Ice Bath. This will be helpful when getting in and out.

Setup & Use

Setup: Inflate using the included pump — the walls become rigid and the tub is ready to fill. Connect to a garden hose and fill to your desired level. Add ice to reach your target temperature, or pair with Dreampod's 3/4 HP chiller unit for automated temperature control.

Temperature guidance: For cold therapy benefits, aim for 50–59°F (10–15°C) for beginners; 37–50°F (3–10°C) for experienced practitioners. Duration: 2–10 minutes depending on temperature and personal tolerance.

Storage: Drain, deflate, dry thoroughly, and store flat or rolled. The PVC material is designed for repeated inflation cycles without degrading.
