Installation & Setup

Connecting to your tub: The 2025 Chiller connects to your tub's intake and output ports via included hose fittings. No plumber required. The full connection process takes approximately 15–20 minutes.

WiFi setup: Download the XR Cryo app, connect the chiller to your home network during first-use setup, and configure your target temperature and schedule. Once set, the unit maintains temperature automatically.

Filter maintenance: The top-mounted filter should be checked weekly and replaced monthly depending on usage frequency. Replacement filters are available directly from XR Cryo.

Virtual setup support (included): XR Cryo provides virtual onboarding to walk through installation, app configuration, and maintenance schedule. Support available Monday–Saturday, 8am–6pm CT.
